This BNLW Facilitator Orientation is designed for those who plan to facilitate an in-person parish group or online break out group for the Build a New Life Workshop (BNLW) livestream this September.
This is not a general divorce ministry training, but a focused orientation to help parish leaders understand the role of a BNLW facilitator and feel prepared to accompany participants through the workshop experience.
If you desire to serve the Church with greater confidence, clarity, and pastoral sensitivity as you support individuals and families affected by separation and divorce, this Orientation will equip you with the essentials to begin.
Whether you are discerning involvement in divorce ministry or are already planning to host a Fall BNLW group at your parish, this session will answer your questions and familiarize you with your important—yet manageable—role as a facilitator.
Who Should Attend
Parish facilitators planning to host a BNLW group this Fall
Parish partners supporting the implementation of BNLW
Ministry leaders discerning whether BNLW is a good fit for their parish
Aspiring or current divorce ministry leaders exploring BNLW as a parish offering
