After-Care Process Group for Build a New Life Workshop Alumni

Build a New Life Workshop is a wealth of teaching and a new beginning on the journey of healing. Its goal is teaching, equipping, supporting and healing. A Build a New Life Workshop After Care Process Group is a place to digest and further process the healing you’ve already begun and the information you still need to process in a safe small group of friends. We meet 6 times weekly on Zoom to share your struggles, concerns, fears, and challenges with others who understand and support you, led by a professional Catholic Divorce Healing Coach (Carolyn). What: 6 Weeks x 1 hour Process Group Where: Zoom Online Who: Minimum of 6, and Max of 10 BNLW Alumni When: Thursdays, 7pm Eastern - April 20 - May 25 The purpose is to:

• Continue building meaningful and supportive relationships with others who already support and understand you.
• Help with your intentional growth in the spiritual, emotional and interpersonal realms.
• Provide a space for you to express your needs, feelings, challenges, and your relationships.
• Be able to discuss them with both a trained Coach as well as others with similar life experiences.
• Help you continue processing life experiences.
• Receive multiple perspectives, support, encouragement and feedback from other individuals in a safe and confidential environment.
• Discover more about who you are and how you relate to others and God.
